Hello, my name is Helena and I hope to share with you my love of animals. I have personally crafted every item shown on this web site site. We live in the country so we always have lots of cats around us. They are all either strays or unwanted by other people. We take care of them, feed them and love them and somehow the word gets around the cat community and we always have new ones coming in.

Most of the cats I make are modeled after our own cats, but some are just from my imagination. few years ago, I made a little cat modeled after one we had when my son Jake was a boy. She was named Lida, after my husband's mom and sister.

When she finally died at the age of 16, Jake missed her, sort of like the end of his childhood. So I made him a little cat who now sits on a doorframe in his kitchen. After the first one, I just could not stop making them...
